Pre-launch boundary:

Publishing these terms does not activate charging. VyuMee's separate payment, legal, tax, provider and release gates still control when real transactions can occur.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the contract between a VyuMee fan/customer (“Fan”) and a VyuMee creator (“Creator”) when the Fan buys a permitted Creator subscription, paid post, paid message, tip-linked benefit or other Creator offering through VyuMee.

2. Parties

The underlying Creator offering is supplied by the Creator identified at purchase unless checkout expressly states a different legal supplier. VyuMee Ltd provides platform, transaction orchestration, entitlement, moderation, support and record infrastructure and may act as merchant, disclosed agent, marketplace operator or another transaction participant where required by the selected channel/provider and applicable law. Checkout and receipt will identify the applicable structure where required. Apple, Google or another payment provider may also impose store/payment terms.

3. What the Fan buys

The purchase screen must state the material features of the offering, including Creator, price, currency, whether payment recurs, billing interval where relevant, access duration/entitlement and material limitations. The Creator must provide the offering substantially as described, subject to lawful moderation, removal, interruption, refund rights and mandatory law.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription provides the access described at checkout for the relevant period. Recurring billing must be made clear before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal under the applicable cancellation route; it does not automatically erase already supplied access unless store rules, the refund policy or law provide otherwise. Store-billed subscriptions are managed through the applicable store where required.

5. One-off digital purchases

A paid post, message or other one-off purchase grants only the access/entitlement described at purchase. It does not transfer copyright or ownership. Fans must not redistribute paid Creator Content unless the Creator or law permits it.

6. Tips

A genuine voluntary tip is not a purchase of ownership, equity, employment, investment or a guaranteed service unless a clearly described benefit forms part of the transaction. Tips must not be used to buy prohibited content or services.

7. Prices, taxes and channel differences

The total customer price presented before confirmation is the amount authorised, subject to mandatory tax/store presentation rules. Prices may differ between web, iOS and Android where permitted because store/payment costs and pricing mechanics differ. Channel price differences do not by themselves change the underlying entitlement.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory cancellation right, conformity remedy, repeat-performance right, price reduction, refund or other mandatory remedy applies, it continues to apply.

For digital content/services supplied before a statutory cancellation period expires, any consent or acknowledgement required by law must be obtained before the relevant consequence applies. VyuMee's later Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds Policy will explain operational processes. Until that policy and live-charging gates are complete, charging remains disabled.

9. Refunds and reversals

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, operative refund policy, transaction type, delivery/access status, store/provider rules and the facts. A Creator must not direct a Fan to waive mandatory rights or move arrangements off-platform to evade refund, safety or transaction controls.

10. Content removal or Creator suspension

Paid content may be removed/restricted where required for law, safety, rights protection or enforcement. Where removal materially prevents supply of a paid entitlement, VyuMee and the Creator will apply operative refund/remedy rules and mandatory law. Creator suspension does not eliminate accrued Fan rights.

11. Fan conduct

Fans must comply with VyuMee Terms, AUP and Community Guidelines. A purchase does not entitle a Fan to harass a Creator, demand prohibited content, obtain private contact information, redistribute content unlawfully or bypass safety controls.

12. Creator conduct

Creators must accurately describe paid offerings, avoid misleading commercial practices, comply with advertising rules, and not sell prohibited/unlawful goods, services or content. The Creator remains responsible for promises the Creator makes about the offering, subject to transaction structure and mandatory law.

13. VyuMee's role in disputes

VyuMee may receive support requests, preserve transaction evidence, restrict funds or entitlements where permitted, facilitate refunds and provide complaint/appeal routes. Platform-administration decisions do not make VyuMee the author of Creator Content.

14. Intellectual property

The Creator or rights holder retains intellectual-property rights. A Fan receives a personal, non-transferable access licence for the purchased entitlement unless the purchase description expressly states otherwise.

15. Prohibited transactions

No transaction may be used for illegal content, CSAM/CSEA, NCII, sexual exploitation, trafficking, fraud, unlawful goods/services, sanctions evasion, money laundering or other activity prohibited by VyuMee policies. Future lawful adult WEB transactions, if enabled, remain subject to separate age-assurance, performer-consent and adult-content terms.

16. Contact and complaints

Legal enquiries: legal@vyumee.co.uk

Where billed by Apple or Google, the store's purchase-management/refund route may also apply.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law or courts that apply to that consumer and cannot lawfully be excluded.
