Important:

Real charging and creator payouts remain disabled until VyuMee's payment, legal, tax and provider launch gates are complete.

1. Scope

This Policy governs VyuMee creator monetisation accounting, transaction settlement, creator earnings, payout readiness, refunds, reversals, disputes and chargebacks once the relevant paid capability is enabled. It supplements the Terms, Creator Agreement, Fan–Creator Contract and Subscriptions/Cancellation/Refund Policy.

2. Payment architecture

VyuMee intends to use regulated processors and app stores so that, where the selected architecture permits, customer collection and creator settlement are handled through the regulated provider rather than VyuMee directly holding customer or creator funds. The final live web provider remains a launch-gated decision.

3. Authoritative evidence

A transaction is not treated as paid merely because a browser or app reports success. VyuMee creates an authoritative settled transaction only after trusted server-side verification of evidence from the applicable web payment provider, Apple App Store or Google Play adapter. Purchase intents are idempotent and time-limited.

4. VyuMee platform fee

The applicable platform fee is Creator 15%, Pro 12% or Elite 9%. Valid Founding Creators are governed by the Founding Pro/12% floor and may qualify for Elite/9%. Provider, store and tax costs do not reduce VyuMee's platform-fee percentage.

5. Creator net

Creator net = transaction base − VyuMee platform fee − applicable store/payment costs − creator-borne adjustments.

The customer gross may include tax or channel-specific pricing. Where permitted, channel pricing may be adjusted to preserve approximately the creator's web-equivalent net.

6. Economically viable prices

VyuMee will not create a live purchase intent without an approved channel-cost profile for the relevant provider, currency and channel. The pricing engine rejects prices that fail the configured minimum creator-net requirement.

7. Immutable economics and ledger

Every authoritative settled transaction snapshots gross payment, transaction base, tax, VyuMee fee rate and amount, provider/store fee, creator adjustments, creator net, channel/provider evidence and settlement time. Refunds, reversals and corrections are separate adjustment events. The ledger records customer gross, tax, VyuMee fee, provider fee, creator net, refunds, reversals, chargeback costs and creator adjustments separately.

8. Earnings and payout eligibility

An initiated purchase is not final earnings. Payout eligibility requires an authoritative settlement and remains subject to applicable settlement delays, refund/chargeback exposure, provider reserves, sanctions/compliance holds and lawful restrictions. Creators must complete identity, KYC, payout, tax, reporting and contract gates.

9. Payout timing

The live payout schedule will be published or shown when the selected provider and settlement architecture are approved. VyuMee will not promise a timetable the provider cannot support.

10. Refunds and reversals

A refund or reversal reverses the associated VyuMee platform fee proportionally to the reversed transaction base. Customer refund, base/tax reversal, platform-fee reversal, provider-fee change and creator-net impact are recorded separately.

11. Chargebacks and disputes

Unless a later operative fraud/platform-error rule requires another allocation, chargeback or dispute costs default to the creator-side transaction balance. Proportionate payout holds or offsets may be applied to amounts reasonably connected with a dispute.

12. Fraud, abuse and negative balances

VyuMee may delay or restrict monetisation/payouts to investigate suspected payment fraud, stolen instruments, coordinated chargebacks, identity abuse, policy evasion, sanctions risk or invalid sales. Legitimate adjustments may create a creator-side negative accounting balance to the extent permitted by contract and law.

13. Taxes and reporting

Creators remain responsible for their own tax obligations except where law requires VyuMee, a store or provider to collect, withhold, report or account for tax. VyuMee may collect and verify seller information and report relevant creator/transaction information where required.

14. Receipts and records

VyuMee maintains durable transaction confirmations for authoritative settled transactions. The receipt record contains an integrity hash and a snapshot of transaction economics and the verified provider reference. Creator statements derive from the authoritative ledger, not editable client totals.

15. Kill switches

Real purchase intents and live settlement are controlled by independent server-side launch gates. Client applications and creator settings cannot bypass them.
