Important:

Adult/explicit functionality remains disabled. This policy establishes the evidence standard that must be satisfied before any future WEB_ONLY_ADULT publication.

1. Purpose

This Policy sets minimum age, identity and consent requirements for every real person who appears in or materially participates in adult sexual content intended for VyuMee. It supplements the Adult Content & Age Assurance Policy, Creator Agreement, AUP and Privacy Notice.

2. Every performer must be 18 or older

Every performer must be at least 18 at the time the relevant content was created and at any later participation requiring renewed consent. The uploader's statement alone is not sufficient. Publication remains fail-closed unless the required verification record exists.

3. Identity verification

VyuMee may require a trusted identity/age provider or other approved process. The interface is provider-neutral and fail-closed until an approved provider is active. VyuMee may retain provider references, verification status, relevant dates and necessary integrity/audit evidence while avoiding unnecessary raw identity documents where possible.

4. Consent must cover the actual use

For each performer, consent must cover the relevant acts and uses, including as applicable participation, recording, the specific content set, VyuMee upload, audience distribution, commercial exploitation, promotional stills/previews and material edits or reuse requiring separate permission. Consent to sexual activity alone does not prove consent to recording or publication.

5. Exact-media linkage

Performer records must be linkable to the exact media or content package in which that person appears. A generic assertion that a collaborator consented is insufficient. The per-media linkage/release workflow is a separate launch control and must be completed before adult publication is enabled.

6. Fraudulent evidence

Forged, altered, borrowed or stolen identification, fabricated consent records, false provider references or another person's verification are prohibited and may result in rejection, loss of adult capability, monetisation suspension or account enforcement.

7. Capacity, coercion and intoxication

Consent must be freely given by a person with legal capacity. Material obtained through force, threat, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, material deception or circumstances lacking capacity must not be uploaded. A release form does not cure evidence of coercion or illegality.

8. Synthetic media and impersonation

A real person's likeness must not be inserted into sexual material through a deepfake, face swap or similar technology without valid consent specifically covering that use. Non-consensual sexual deepfakes involving identifiable people are prohibited.

9. Hidden-camera and private material

Secretly recorded sexual or intimate material is prohibited where the depicted person did not validly consent to recording and publication. Possession of a file does not establish a right to upload or sell it.

10. Creator responsibility

The uploader is responsible for ensuring performer evidence is complete, accurate and current before submission. VyuMee may independently verify, sample, audit or request more evidence and may refuse publication despite documents supplied by a creator.

11. Withdrawal, disputes and reports

A performer may dispute consent, report impersonation, allege underage participation or raise safety concerns. VyuMee may immediately restrict affected material while assessing a credible dispute. The dedicated consent-withdrawal/reporting workflow remains a separate required launch control.

12. Retention and confidentiality

Age, identity and consent evidence is sensitive compliance information. Access is limited to authorised personnel/systems and retention follows applicable schedules, legal obligations, dispute needs and provider architecture. Public users do not receive identity-document or private consent details.

13. Enforcement and STORE boundary

Failure to satisfy this Policy may result in rejected publication, removal, adult-feature suspension, payout restrictions or account enforcement. The policy governs WEB_ONLY_ADULT content; VyuMee's iOS and Android STORE clients do not distribute WEB_ONLY_ADULT media or explicit metadata.
