Adult/explicit functionality remains disabled. If later enabled, adult material is WEB_ONLY_ADULT and is never distributed through VyuMee's iOS or Android STORE clients.
1. Scope and WEB-only boundary
This Policy governs adult or pornographic material VyuMee may lawfully permit in the future. Such material is classified WEB_ONLY_ADULT. Publication of this Policy does not enable adult content.
2. Adults only
A person must be at least 18 to create, perform in, upload, sell, purchase, view or otherwise access WEB_ONLY_ADULT content. A self-declared date of birth, checkbox or simple statement of age is not sufficient by itself where highly effective age assurance is required.
3. Highly effective age assurance
Before VyuMee serves WEB_ONLY_ADULT media or explicit metadata to a non-staff user, that user must have a current server-side highly effective age-assurance state accepted by VyuMee. The provider interface is fail-closed and client-side success claims do not create verified status. If the provider is unavailable, inactive, expired or not configured, access remains unavailable.
4. No explicit previews before assurance
Users who have not passed the required assurance must not receive pornographic images, video, audio, thumbnails, previews, captions, titles, descriptions, tags or other explicit metadata from the adult-content delivery path. Neutral, non-explicit verification information may be shown.
5. Adult creator verification
Future adult creators must complete ordinary creator onboarding plus adult-specific identity/age verification and any required KYC, payout, tax, contractual, safety and legal checks.
6. Performers and co-performers
Every real person depicted or participating in adult sexual material must be at least 18 and satisfy the Co-Performer Age, Identity & Consent Policy. Required age, identity and consent evidence must be linkable to the exact media before publication.
7. Prohibited material
Adult status never makes illegal or abusive material permissible. Prohibited material includes CSAM or sexual content involving anyone under 18, grooming/exploitation/trafficking, NCII, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, hidden-camera sexual content, unlawful coercive sexual material, illegal bestiality material, and material lacking required rights or consent.
8. Consent and authenticity
Consent to sexual activity is not automatically consent to recording, uploading, sale, redistribution or promotion. Identity and consent evidence must not be falsified, borrowed or altered. AI or synthetic media may not be used to evade verification or consent requirements.
9. Classification and STORE exclusion
Adult explicit material must be classified WEB_ONLY_ADULT before distribution. The classification is a server-enforced boundary, not only a label. STORE clients must not receive WEB_ONLY_ADULT media or explicit metadata even if a modified client attempts to request it.
10. Moderation and enforcement
VyuMee may use automated detection, human review, reports and provider signals to identify adult material, illegal sexual content, age ambiguity, consent issues or misclassification. It may hold/remove content, suspend adult capability or monetisation, restrict accounts, preserve evidence or escalate suspected illegality where required.
11. Privacy and data minimisation
VyuMee will minimise age/identity data and prefer verification results, references and necessary audit evidence over unnecessary identity-document copies where the selected provider architecture permits. Sensitive records are access-restricted and retained according to applicable schedules and obligations.
12. Provider due diligence
VyuMee remains responsible for assessing whether the selected assurance process is sufficiently effective for the applicable legal duty. Provider activation remains disabled until capability, privacy, DPA/transfer, security and effectiveness review is complete.
13. Reporting and activation
Users and performers may report suspected underage content, NCII, impersonation, coercion or other safety concerns. Adult web functionality remains disabled until every adult-web launch gate is satisfied.
